Our Services
Supportive Transitional Housing
We offer clean, secure, and welcoming homes in Albany and surrounding communities for individuals recently released from incarceration.
Individualized Service Planning
Each resident works with a case manager to set goals for housing, employment, education, recovery, and wellness.
Workforce Development & Life Skills
We host workshops and training to prepare individuals for employment, financial independence, and everyday life.
Peer Support & Mentorship
Our mentors—many with lived experience—provide accountability, encouragement, and a sense of community.
Community Partnerships
We collaborate with reentry programs, legal services, mental health providers, and employers to ensure holistic support.
